  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code WTY is used to process warranty claims. It allows users to enter and track warranty claims, as well as view the status of existing claims. This transaction code is part of the SAP Warranty Management module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The WTY transaction code enables users to enter and track warranty claims, as well as view the status of existing claims. It also allows users to create and manage warranty contracts, view warranty coverage information, and generate reports on warranty claims. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the WTY transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create Warranty Claim” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the relevant information for the claim, such as customer name, product details, and claim description. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the claim information. 
  5. Select “Submit” to submit the claim for processing. 
  6. To view existing claims, select “View Warranty Claims” from the menu and enter the relevant search criteria. 
  7. To generate a report on warranty claims, select “Generate Report” from the menu and enter the relevant search criteria.
