  The SAP transaction code WS-2 is used to manage price point groups in the SAP system. It allows users to create, edit, and delete price point groups, as well as assign them to specific customers or customer groups. This transaction code is part of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The WS-2 transaction code allows users to create and manage price point groups in the SAP system. Price point groups are used to assign different prices to different customers or customer groups. This allows for more flexible pricing and better control over pricing strategies. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the WS-2 transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new price point group and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the customer or customer group that should be assigned to this price point group. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. To edit an existing price point group, select it from the list and select “Change” from the menu bar. Make your desired changes and select “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete a price point group, select it from the list and select “Delete” from the menu bar. Confirm your selection when prompted.

  It is important to note that any changes made using this transaction code will not take effect until they are activated in the system using transaction code WS-3. Additionally, it is recommended that users test any changes made in a test environment before activating them in production systems.
