  WR31 is a SAP transaction code used to create forecast weighting profiles in the Replenishment Planning area. It is used to define the weighting of the forecast values for the planning run. 
  
  Functionality: 
  WR31 allows users to create and maintain forecast weighting profiles, which are used to define the weighting of the forecast values for the planning run. The profiles are used to determine how much emphasis should be placed on recent or past values when calculating the forecast. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter WR31 in the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Enter a name for the profile in the Profile field and press enter. 
  3. Enter a description for the profile in the Description field and press enter. 
  4. Select a weighting type from the Weighting Type dropdown menu and press enter. 
  5. Enter a value for each of the parameters in the Parameters field and press enter. 
  6. Select a time unit from the Time Unit dropdown menu and press enter. 
  7. Select a time horizon from the Time Horizon dropdown menu and press enter. 
  8. Press save to save your changes and exit WR31.
