  4. Enter the relevant data such as purchase orders, delivery dates, and other information related to the load building process. 
  5. Select “Execute” to generate a load plan based on the data entered. 
  6. Review and adjust the load plan as needed before saving it in the system. 
  7. Create a shipment plan based on the load plan generated in step 6. 
  8. Save and activate the shipment
