    3. Select the “Service Requests” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
    4. Enter all of the necessary information for creating a service request, such as customer name, contact information, and description of the service request. 
    5. Select “Save” to save the service request. 
    6. Select “Service Orders” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
    7. Enter all of the necessary information for creating a service order, such as customer name, contact information, and description of the service order.
