  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code WF_HANDCUST is used to customize the Service Handler in the SAP system. It allows users to configure the Service Handler to meet their specific needs.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system and enter the transaction code WF_HANDCUST. 
  2. Select the “Customizing” tab and then select “Service Handler” from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Select the “Service Requests” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Enter all of the necessary information for creating a service request, such as customer name, contact information, and description of the service request. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the service request. 
  6. Select “Service Orders” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Enter all of the necessary information for creating a service order, such as customer name, contact information, and description of the service order. 
  8. Select “Save” to save the service order. 
  9. Select “Service Contracts” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
  10. Enter all of the necessary information for creating a service contract, such as customer name, contact information, and description of the service contract. 
  11. Select “Save” to save the service contract. 
  12. Select “Notifications” tab and then select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
  13. Enter all of the necessary information for creating a notification, such as customer name, contact information, and description of the notification event that should trigger it (e.g., when a service request is created). 
  14. Select “Save” to save the notification settings. 
  15. Exit out of WF_HANDCUST transaction code by selecting “Back” or pressing F3 on your keyboard twice in succession (once to exit out of Customizing tab and once more to exit out of WF_HANDCUST).
