  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code WE41 is used to maintain process codes for outbound IDocs. It is used to define the processing logic for outbound IDocs, which are documents that are sent from the SAP system to external systems. 
  
  Functionality: 
  WE41 allows users to create, change, and delete process codes for outbound IDocs. It also allows users to assign a process code to an outbound IDoc type. This process code defines the processing logic for the outbound IDocs. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code WE41 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new process code. 
  3. Enter a name and description for the process code. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the process code. 
  5. Select the “Change” button to change an existing process code. 
  6. Enter the name of the process code that you want to change and select “Continue”. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
  8. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing process code. 
  9. Enter the name of the process code that you want to delete and select “Continue”. 
  10. Confirm that you want to delete the process code and select “Yes” when prompted.
