    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. To create an appointment, go to the WAP4 transaction code in SAP. 
    2. Enter the contact information for the customer or vendor you wish to create an appointment for. 
    3. Enter the date and time of the appointment. 
    4. Enter any additional information about the appointment such as location or purpose. 
    5. Save the appointment by clicking “Save” at the bottom of the screen. 
    6. To view or edit an existing appointment, go to the WAP4 transaction code in SAP and enter the contact information for the customer or vendor you wish to view or edit an appointment for. 
    7. Select the desired appointment from the list of available appointments and click “Edit” at the bottom of the screen to make any changes or click “View” at the bottom of the screen to view details about the appointment. 
    8. To track the status of an appointment, go to the WAP4 transaction code in SAP and enter the contact information for the customer or vendor you wish to track an appointment for. 
    9. Select “Status” from the list of available options and click “Go” at the bottom of the screen to view details about the status of an appointment. 
    10. To view appointment history, go to WAP4 transaction code in SAP and enter contact information for customer or vendor you wish to view an appointment history for. Select “History” from list of available options and click “Go” at bottom of screen to view details about past appointments associated with contact information entered. 
    11. To set up reminders for upcoming appointments, go to WAP4 transaction code in SAP and enter contact information for customer or vendor you wish to set up reminders for upcoming appointments for. Select “Reminders” from list of available options and click “Go” at bottom of screen to set up reminders for upcoming appointments associated with contact information entered.

    It is recommended that users take advantage of all features provided by WAP4 when managing appointments in SAP such as setting up reminders for upcoming appointments and tracking status of existing appointments in order to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
