  Overview: 
  WAP4 is a transaction code used in SAP to manage appointments. It allows users to create, view, and edit appointments for customers, vendors, and other contacts. It also provides a way to track the status of appointments and view appointment history. 
  
  Functionality: 
  WAP4 provides users with the ability to create, view, and edit appointments for customers, vendors, and other contacts. It also allows users to track the status of appointments and view appointment history. Additionally, it provides a way to set up reminders for upcoming appointments. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create an appointment, go to the WAP4 transaction code in SAP. 
  2. Enter the contact information for the customer or vendor you wish to create an appointment for. 
  3. Enter the date and time of the appointment. 
  4. Enter any additional information about the appointment such as location or purpose. 
  5. Save the appointment by clicking “Save” at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. To view or edit an existing appointment, go to the WAP4 transaction code in SAP and enter the contact information for the customer or vendor you wish to view or edit an appointment for. 
  7. Select the desired appointment from the list of available appointments and click “Edit” at the bottom of the screen to make any changes or click “View” at the bottom of the screen to
