  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code WACS4 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Proof Type” from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter a name for the proof type and select “Create”. 
  4. Enter a description for the proof type and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Define Rules” from the menu bar and enter the rules for how this proof type should be handled and stored. 
  6. Select “Save” when finished. 
  7. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the proof type in the system. 
  8. Select “Back” to return to the main screen or “Exit” to exit the transaction
