  Functionality: 
  The WA31 transaction code allows users to view the list of allocation tables in the system, as well as their associated descriptions. It also allows users to create new allocation tables, edit existing ones, and delete them if necessary. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the WA31 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. The list of allocation tables will be displayed. 
  3. To create a new allocation table, click on the “Create” button. 
  4. Enter the name and description of the new allocation table. 
  5. Click “Save” to save the new allocation table. 
  6. To edit an existing allocation table, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” to save them. 
  8. To delete an existing allocation table, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button.
