  5. To change an existing description, select the “Change” button and enter the new description in the “Description” field. 
  6. To delete an existing description, select the “Delete” button and confirm the deletion when prompted. 
  7. To assign a description to a sales order item, select the “Assign” button and enter the item number in the “Item Number” field.
