Overview: The SAP transaction code V_TQ65 is used to manage certificates of origin and specifications/values. It allows users to view, create, change, and delete certificates of origin and specifications/values. Functionality: V_TQ65 enables users to view, create, change, and delete certificates of origin and specifications/values. It also allows users to assign a certificate of origin to a material or a material group. Additionally, it enables users to assign specifications/values to a material or a material group. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. To view a certificate of origin or specification/value, enter the transaction code V_TQ65 in the command field. 2. Select the “Display” option from the menu bar. 3. Enter the certificate of origin or specification/value number in the “Certificate of Origin” or “Specification/Value” field respectively. 4. Click on the “Execute” button to view the details of the certificate of origin or specification/value. 5. To create a new certificate of origin or specification/value, select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 6. Enter the required details in the respective fields and click on the “Save” button to save the new certificate of origin or specification/value. 7. To change an existing certificate of origin or specification/value, select the “Change” option from the menu bar. 8. Enter the certificate of origin or specification/value number in the respective field and click on the “Execute” button to view its details. 9. Make changes as required and click on the “Save” button to save them. 10. To delete an existing certificate of origin or specification/value, select the “Delete” option from the menu bar. 11. Enter the certificate of origin or specification/value number in the respective field and click on the “Execute” button to view its details. 12. Click on the “Delete” button to delete it permanently from SAP system.
