  1. Enter the transaction code VYCC into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new document type. 
  3. Enter a name for the new document type and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Change” button to edit an existing document type. 
  5. Enter the name of the existing document type and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing document type. 
  7. Enter the name of the existing document type and select “Save”. 
  8. Select the “Assign” button to assign a document type to a business transaction. 
  9. Enter the name of the business transaction and select “Save”. 
  10. Select “Back” or “Exit” to return to the main menu or exit out of the transaction code respectively.
