  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP Enterprise Portal using the VPW1 transaction code. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new workset and select “Create” again. 
  4. Add iViews, pages, and other objects to the workset by selecting them from the list of available objects. 
  5. Assign roles and permissions to the workset by selecting them from the list of available roles and permissions. 
  6. Assign users or groups to the workset by selecting them from the list of available users or groups. 
  7. Select “Save” when finished creating the workset. 
  8. To copy a workset from one portal system to another, select “Copy” from the menu bar and enter the source and target systems for the copy operation. 
  9. Select “Copy” again when finished entering the source and target systems for the copy operation. 
  10. To delete a workset, select “Delete” from the menu bar and confirm that you want to delete it when prompted.
