  1. Enter the transaction code VKKICDA4 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new cancellation reason. 
  3. Enter the required information such as the cancellation reason code, description, and validity period. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new cancellation reason. 
  5. Select the “Change” button to change an existing cancellation reason. 
  6. Enter the required information such as the new description or validity period. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save the changes made to the existing cancellation reason. 
  8. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing cancellation reason. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the selected cancellation reason by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation dialog box that appears on screen.
