  Step-by-Step How to Use 
  1. Enter transaction code VK33 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the condition type you want to view or maintain in the Condition Type field. 
  3. Enter the validity period of the condition record in the Valid From and Valid To fields. 
  4. Enter the access sequence you want to use in the Access Sequence field. 
  5. Click on Execute (F8). 
  6. The list of condition records will be displayed on the screen. 
  7. Select a record from the list and click on Change (F5) to modify it or Delete (F6) to delete it. 
  8. To create a new record, click on New Entries (F7). 
  9. Enter all the necessary details and click on Save (Ctrl+S). 
  10. The new record will be created and displayed in the list of condition records.
