  Overview:

  Functionality: 
  VEI6 allows users to view and manage IDocs that have been imported into the system. It provides a list of all imported IDocs, including their status, sender, receiver, and other details.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code VEI6 in the command field. 
  2. The IDoc List – Import Basis screen will appear. 
  3. Select the desired criteria from the drop-down menus to filter the list of IDocs. 
  4. Click on the “Execute” button to display the filtered list of IDocs. 
  5. Select an IDoc from the list to view its details. 
  6. To delete an IDoc from the list, select it and click on the “Delete” button. 
  7. To change an IDoc’s status, select it and click on the “Change Status” button. 
  8. To view a log of all changes made to an IDoc, select it and click on the “Log” button. 
  9. When finished, click on the “Back” button to return to the main screen.
