  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code VE31 is used to view and manage blocked sales documents in the SAP system. It is a part of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module and is used to identify and resolve any issues that may be preventing the document from being processed.

  VE31 allows users to view all blocked sales documents in the system, as well as the reasons why they are blocked. It also provides users with the ability to unblock documents, if necessary.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code VE31 in the command field. 
  2. Select the appropriate document type from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter the document number in the Document Number field. 
  4. Click on Execute (F8). 
  5. The blocked document will be displayed on the screen. 
  6. To unblock a document, select it and click on Unblock (F7). 
  7. To view the status of a document, select it and click on Status (F6). 
  8. To exit, click on Back (F3).
