  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code VAP3 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the name of the contact person you wish to view or edit in the “Name” field. 
  3. Select “Display” or “Change” from the menu bar depending on your desired action. 
  4. If you selected “Display”, you will be able to view all of the contact information for that person. If you selected “Change”, you will be able to edit any of the contact information for that person. 
  5. Once you have finished making changes, select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes.
