  2. Select the “Collection Cases” tab. 
  3. Select the “Display” button to view a list of all collection cases. 
  4. Select a collection case from the list to view detailed information about it. 
  5. Select the “Change” button to make changes to the collection case, such as updating payment terms or contact information. 
  6. Select the “Save” button to save any changes made to the collection case. 
  7. Select the “Back” button to return to the list of collection cases.
