  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP and enter transaction code UG_HR_PPOSE in the command field. 
  2. Select the organizational unit for which you want to view the organization and staffing information. 
  3. Select the “Display” button to view the organization and staffing information for that organizational unit. 
  4. The information will be displayed in a table format with columns for position, job role, staff member, and status. 
  5. To view more detailed information about a position or job role, select it from the table and click on “Details” button. 
  6. To view more detailed information about a staff member, select it from the table and click on “Personnel” button. 
  7. To exit this transaction code, select “Back” button
