  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access the BDT Master Data Roles application, enter transaction code UGMW0013 into the SAP command field. 
  2. The BDT Master Data Roles application will open. 
  3. To create a new role, click on the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  4. Enter a name for the role and select the master data object that it will be associated with. 
  5. Assign users to the role by selecting them from the list of available users. 
  6. Set the permissions for each user by selecting them from the list of available permissions. 
  7. Click “Save” to save your changes and create the new role.
