  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code UCP7 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the customer number for which you want to view the log of changes. 
  3. Select “Display” from the menu bar. 
  4. The log of changes will be displayed in a table format, with columns for date/time, user, and field changed. 
  5. To view more detailed information about a particular change, select the corresponding row in the table and click “Details” from the menu bar. 
  6. To exit the transaction code, select “Back” from the menu bar. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users regularly review the log of changes for customer master records in order to ensure accuracy and consistency in their data. Additionally, users should be aware that only changes made after a certain date will be displayed in this log; if you need to view changes made prior to this date, you will need to use a different transaction code (such as UCP6).
