UCL21 - Details

    Overview:
    UCL21 is a transaction code used in SAP to maintain log types. It is used to define the log types that are used to record changes in the system. Log types are used to track changes made to the system, such as changes to master data, user settings, and other system settings. 
    
    Functionality: 
    UCL21 allows users to create, edit, and delete log types. It also allows users to assign log types to specific objects in the system. This allows users to track changes made to those objects over time. Additionally, UCL21 can be used to view existing log types and their associated objects. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code UCL21 in the command field. 
    2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter a name for the log type and select “Save”. 
    4. Select “Assign Objects” from the menu bar and select the objects you want to assign the log type to. 
    5. Select “Save” when finished assigning objects. 
    6. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the log type. 
    7. Select “Back” from the menu bar when finished.
