  SAP transaction code UCF01 is used to create applications for credit management. This transaction code is used to manage the credit limit of customers and vendors in the SAP system.   2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the customer or vendor number in the “Customer/Vendor” field. 
  4. Enter the requested amount in the “Amount Requested” field. 
  5. Enter the date of application in the “Date of Application” field. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  7. Select “Display” from the menu bar to view the details of a customer or vendor's credit application. 
  8. Select “Change” from the menu bar to change a customer or vendor's credit limit or status. 
  9. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  10. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of UCF01 transaction code.
