  Overview:

  Functionality: 
  TRBS allows users to manage the entire loan process, from loan origination to repayment. It enables users to create and maintain loan accounts, track payments, and generate reports. Additionally, it can be used to set up automatic postings for loans and activities. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system and enter the transaction code TRBS. 
  2. Select the “Create Loan Account” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the necessary information for the loan account, such as customer name, loan amount, interest rate, etc. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the loan account information. 
  5. Select “Automatic Postings” from the menu to set up automatic postings for loans and activities. 
  6. Enter the necessary information for the automatic postings, such as posting date, posting type, etc. 
  7. Select “Save” to save the automatic postings information. 
  8. Select “Generate Reports” from the menu to generate reports on loans and activities. 
  9. Enter the necessary information for the report, such as report type, date range, etc. 
  10. Select “Generate Report” to generate the report.
