  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter TPM43 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the drawing you want to restrict in the “Drawing” field. 
  4. Enter the number of copies that can be printed in the “Number of Copies” field. 
  5. Select the type of paper from the drop-down menu in the “Paper Type” field. 
  6. Enter the size of the drawing in the “Size” field. 
  7. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  8. Select “Authorize” from the menu bar to authorize users who are allowed to access and print this drawing. 
  9. Select “Activate”
