  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code TP10 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Synchronize Travel Plans” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the employee whose travel plan you wish to synchronize with AIR. 
  4. Enter the relevant information regarding the employee’s travel plan, such as destination, dates, etc. 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes and synchronize the travel plan with AIR.
