  TP01 is a transaction code used in SAP to access the Planning Manager. This tool is used to create and manage planning profiles, which are used to define the planning parameters for a particular material or product.   1. Enter transaction code TP01 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Planning Profile” tab in the Planning Manager window. 
  3. Select “Create” from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Enter the name of the planning profile you wish to create and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Edit” from the drop-down menu and enter the desired parameters for your planning profile. 
  6. Select “Save” when you are finished entering your parameters. 
  7. Select “Execute” from the drop-down menu to run your planning profile and view the results.
