    3. Enter a name for the snapshot and select “Create” again. 
    4. The snapshot will be created and displayed in the list of available snapshots. 
    5. To view or delete a snapshot, select it from the list and choose “View” or “Delete” from the menu bar. 
    6. To compare two snapshots, select them both from the list and choose “Compare” from the menu bar. 
    7. To export a snapshot, select it from the list and choose “Export” from the menu bar. 
    8. Enter a file name for the exported snapshot and select “Export” again. 
    9. The snapshot will be exported to an external file with the specified name. 
    
    Other Recommendations:
    It is recommended that users create multiple snapshots at different points in time so that they can compare changes over time more easily. Additionally, users should be aware that snapshots can take up significant amounts of disk space, so they should be deleted when no longer needed to free up space on the system.
