  The SAP transaction code TMB2 is used to view and manage customer statements of account.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the SAP transaction code TMB2 into the command field. 
  2. Select the customer whose statement of account you wish to view. 
  3. The current balance and open items will be displayed on the screen. 
  4. To view the details of an item, select it from the list and click “Details”. 
  5. To print out a statement of account, click “Print” and select the desired format.

  It is recommended that users regularly review customer accounts using TMB2 in order to ensure that payments are received in a timely manner and that any discrepancies are addressed quickly.
