  1. Enter transaction code TIMECUST into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the profile and select “Continue”. 
  4. Enter the settings for time functions, such as the number of hours in a workday, the number of days in a workweek, and the number of hours in a workweek. 
  5. Enter the start and end times for each day, as well as the start and end times for each week. 
  6. Define holidays and other non-working days if necessary. 
  7. Select “Save” to save your changes.

  It is important to note that any changes made to an existing profile will not take effect until it is activated by selecting “Activate” from the menu bar. Additionally, it is recommended that users test their profiles before activating them to ensure that they are working correctly.
