  3. Enter the details of the new standing instruction, such as the type of instruction, the start date, and any other relevant information. 
  4. Once all the details have been entered, select “Save” to create the new standing instruction. 
  5. To view or change an existing standing instruction, select the “Display” option from the menu that appears after entering TBSI_TOOLS in the command field and press enter. 
  6. Enter the details of the existing standing instruction that you wish to view or change and select “Execute”. 
  7. The details of the existing standing instruction will be displayed on screen and can be changed if necessary by selecting “Change” from the menu that appears after selecting “Execute”. 
  8. To delete an existing standing instruction, select “Delete” from the menu that appears after entering TBSI_TOOLS in the command field and press enter. 
  9. Enter the details of the existing standing instruction that you wish to delete and select “Execute”. The standing instruction will be deleted from SAP once this is done.

  It is important to note that any changes made to existing standing instructions using TBSI_TOOLS will take effect immediately and cannot be undone without recreating them from scratch.
