Overview: TBI5D is a transaction code used in SAP to display Sales Information (SI) correspondence. Functionality: TBI5D allows users to view the correspondence related to sales orders, deliveries, and billing documents. It also allows users to create new correspondence documents, edit existing ones, and delete them. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to print out the correspondence documents. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter TBI5D in the command field of the SAP Easy Access screen. 2. Select the type of correspondence document you want to view or create (e.g., sales order, delivery, or billing document). 3. Enter the relevant document number in the corresponding field. 4. Select “Display” or “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 5. If you selected “Display”, you will be able to view all of the correspondence documents associated with that document number. 6. If you selected “Create”, you will be able to create a new correspondence document for that document number. 7. Once you have finished viewing or creating your document, select “Print” from the menu bar at the top of the screen if you wish to print out a copy of it. 8. Finally, select “Back” from the menu bar at the top of the screen when you are finished with your task in order to return to the SAP Easy Access screen.
