  Overview:
  S_EAN_42000003 is a SAP transaction code used to create and maintain European Article Numbers (EANs) in the SAP system. It is used to assign EANs to materials and services, and to maintain the EANs in the system. 
  
  Functionality:
  This transaction code allows users to create and maintain EANs for materials and services. It also allows users to view existing EANs, delete existing EANs, and assign new EANs to materials and services. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code S_EAN_42000003 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the material or service number for which you want to create an EAN. 
  4. Enter the EAN number in the “EAN” field. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the new EAN number. 
  6. To view existing EANs, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the material or service number for which you want to view the EANs. 
  7. To delete an existing EAN, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the material or service number for which you want to delete an EAN. 
  8. To assign a new EAN to a material or service, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the material or service number for which you want to assign a new EAN. 
  9. Enter the new EAN number in the “EAN” field and select “Save”
