  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter S_ALR_87014115 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the Personnel Number field. 
  3. Select the Time Account Type from the drop-down list. 
  4. Click Execute. 
  5. The current balance of the employee’s time account will be displayed, along with a list of all transactions that have been posted to it. 
  6. To view more detailed information about a particular transaction, click on it in the list. 
  7. To view more detailed information about a particular time account, click on it in the list. 
  8. To exit, click Back or Exit in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
