  1. Enter S_AHR_61016309 into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Time Accounts” tab. 
  3. Select the “Create” button to create a new time account for an employee. 
  4. Enter the employee’s name and other relevant information into the fields provided. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the new time account. 
  6. To view an existing time account, select the “Display” button and enter the employee’s name into the search field. 
  7. To edit an existing time account, select the “Change” button and enter the employee’s name into the search field. 
  8. To transfer time from one employee’s account to another, select the “Transfer Time” button and enter both employees’ names into the search fields
