  5. Enter a sender or receiver name in the search field. 
  6. Click “Search” to view all messages sent or received by that sender or receiver. 
  7. Select a message from the list to view its details, such as its status, sender, receiver, and other information. 
  8. Click “Refresh” to update the list of messages with new ones that have been sent or received since your last search. 
  9. Click “Back” to return to the main menu.
