    4. The Workflow Trace for Requests screen will appear, displaying all of the information related to the request. 
    5. To view detailed information about a particular step, select it from the list and click on Details (F6). 
    6. To view the log of all activities related to a particular request, click on Log (F7). 
    7. To exit, click on Back (F3).
