  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system and enter the transaction code SWDM. 
  2. The Workflow Object Repository will open up in the GUI. 
  3. To create a new workflow object, click on the “Create” button in the toolbar. 
  4. Enter the name of the object and select its type from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Enter any additional information about the object in the fields provided. 
  6. Click “Save” to save the object in the repository. 
  7. To edit an existing object, select it from the list and click on “Edit” in the toolbar. 
  8. Make any necessary changes to the object and click “Save” when finished. 
  9. To delete an object, select it from the list and click on “Delete” in the toolbar.
