  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new workflow, select the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Enter a name for the workflow and select “Create”. 
  3. Select “Add Step” to add a new step to the workflow. 
  4. Enter a name for the step and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Add Task” to add a task to the step. 
  6. Enter a name for the task and select “Save”. 
  7. Select “Assign Task” to assign the task to a user or role. 
  8. Select “Set Conditions” to set conditions for when the task should be triggered. 
  9. Select “Save” when finished setting conditions. 
  10. Select “Activate Workflow” when finished creating the workflow definition and tasks.
