  5. Select the roles that should be assigned to this profile and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Manage Access Rights” option from the menu bar. 
  7. Select the access rights that should be assigned to this profile and select “Save”. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the profile and make it available for use in the system.
