  Overview:
  SAP transaction code SUGRD_NAV is used to display user groups in the SAP system. It is a navigation transaction code that allows users to access the user group maintenance screen. This transaction code is used to create, change, and delete user groups in the system.

  1. Enter transaction code SUGRD_NAV in the command field. 
  2. The User Group Maintenance screen will appear. 
  3. To create a new user group, click on the “Create” button. 
  4. Enter the name of the new user group and click “Save”. 
  5. To edit an existing user group, select it from the list and click “Change”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and click “Save”. 
  7. To delete a user group, select it from the list and click “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm the deletion by clicking “Yes”.
