  Overview:
  STBRG is an SAP transaction code used to define authorization groups in the SAP system.   1. Enter STBRG in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the authorization group in the “Group Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description for the group in the “Group Description” field. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar. 
  6. Select “Assign Users” from the menu bar. 
  7. Select the users you want to assign to the group from the list of available users. 
  8. Select “Save” from the menu bar. 
  9. Select “Assign Authorization Objects” from the menu bar. 
  10. Select the authorization objects you want to assign to the group from the list of available objects.
