  5. Select a message from the list to view its status and other details, such as sender, receiver, and timestamp. 
  6. Select the “Actions” tab to perform actions on selected messages (e.g., resend, delete). 
  7. Select a message from the list and select an action from the drop-down menu to perform it on that message.
