    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code SQ03 in the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” button to create a new user group. 
    3. Enter a name for the user group and select “Save”. 
    4. Select the “Change” button to change an existing user group. 
    5. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing user group. 
    6. Assign authorization profiles to the user group by selecting the “Authorization Profiles” tab and selecting the appropriate profiles from the list of available profiles. 
    7. Assign users to the user group by selecting the “Users” tab and selecting the appropriate users from the list of available users. 
    8. Select “Save” when finished making changes or creating/deleting a user group.
