  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SPPFCADM in the command field. 
  2. The PPF Administration screen will appear. 
  3. From here, you can create, edit, or delete PPF rules by selecting the appropriate option from the menu bar. 
  4. You can also view detailed information about each job by selecting “Monitor” from the menu bar. 
  5. To view detailed information about a specific job, select it from the list and click “Details”. 
  6. To delete a job, select it from the list and click “Delete”. 
  7. When you are finished, click “Exit” to close the PPF Administration screen.
