  1. Enter transaction code SNOTE into the command field. 
  2. The Note Assistant will open up in a new window. 
  3. Select the type of note or correction you wish to view from the drop-down menu. 
  4. Select the status or priority of the note or correction from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Click “Search” to view all notes and corrections that match your criteria. 
  6. To create a new note or correction, click “Create” in the top right corner of the window. 
  7. To edit an existing note or correction, select it from the list and click “Edit” in the top right corner of the window. 
  8. To search for a specific note or correction, enter its name into the search bar at the top of the window and click “Search”.
