  Overview:

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To use the SIGNA transaction code, open the SAP system and enter the transaction code in the command field. 
  2. The SIGNA application will open up and you will be able to view existing signature applications or create a new one. 
  3. To create a new signature application, click on the “Create” button and enter the required information such as name, description, and roles/permissions. 
  4. Once you have entered all the required information, click on “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. You can also view existing signature applications by clicking on the “View” button and selecting an existing application from the list.
