  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /SEHS/PHD33 into the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select “Display” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  3. Select “Phrase Set” from the drop-down menu that appears. 
  4. Select “Characteristic Assistant” from the drop-down menu that appears. 
  5. Select “Execute” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. The list of existing phrase sets related to Characteristic Assistant will be displayed on the screen. 
  7. To view or edit an existing phrase set, select it from the list and click “Edit” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  8. To create a new phrase set, click “Create” from the menu bar at the top
