  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /SEHS/PHD23 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new phrase set. 
  3. Enter a name for the phrase set and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Edit” button to edit an existing phrase set. 
  5. Enter the name of the phrase set you wish to edit and select “OK”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes to the phrase set and select “Save”. 
  7. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing phrase set. 
  8. Enter the name of the phrase set you wish to delete and select “OK”. 
  9. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the phrase set. 
  10. Select the “Search” button to search for a specific phrase within a phrase set.
